Insurance
Insurance accepted from the following networks:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Health Advantage
- Ambetter
- QualChoice
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. You should check with your insurance carrier for answers to the following questions:
- What are my mental health benefits?
- What is the coverage amount per session?
- How many therapy sessions does my plan cover?
- How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We can verify your mental health insurance benefits if you provide us with your insurance information. However, you will need to ensure we receive a referral from your PCP if this is required by your insurance.
Payment
A debit or credit card is required for payment and must be on file to schedule appointments.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a $50 no-show fee. Calling to cancel at the time of your session is considered a no-show.
